mindfulness

Our interpretation of “mindfulness” is taking note of the moment. It’s pausing to reflect upon what is happening in your life, your environment,  and your space, and acknowledging that this very moment will never happen again. Feel your breath enter your body, feel it leave. That breath is different from every breath before and all breaths after. Each breath is unique just as each moment is unlike all others. Take a minute (or several) to focus on this one moment. Withhold all judgement, as you are simply observing. As you journal, withhold judgement on your entries. Write with the knowledge that this entry is unique to this moment, and express yourself honestly and with mindfulness.
