Journaling Prompts on MindfulnessOur interpretation of “mindfulness” is taking note of the moment. It’s a practice, a conscious choice to pause and reflect upon what’s happening in our lives and our environments. It’s acknowledging that this very moment will never happen again.

Feel your breath enter your body, and feel it leave. That breath is different from every breath before and all breaths after. Each breath is unique just as each moment is unlike all others. Take a minute (or several) to focus on this one moment. Withhold all judgement, as you are simply observing.

As you journal, withhold judgement on your entries. Write with the knowledge that this journal entry is unique to this moment, and express yourself honestly and with mindfulness.
