Just about every single day, every single person stretches. How long and which muscles varies from person to person, but from the brief arm raise with the morning yawn to the 90 minute yoga class, people love to feel the release that comes from a good stretch. And for good reason! Stretching has been proven to aid in muscle repair and stress management. Good for your body and good for your brain. Love.
